Blake Lapthorn is pleased to announce the
launch of a new Lifecoaching service, which will be run in
conjunction with coaching organisation, Great Coaching
Services.
The Family team at Blake Lapthorn is offering
this new service for free to its clients. At the start of any
new working agreement, clients will be invited to a group coaching
workshop that will operate by way of a rolling programme on a
monthly basis at the firm's different office locations. A
number of trial sessions for existing clients of the firm have
taken place and it is due to the success and positive feedback of
these sessions that the service is being launched in full.
The Lifecoaching service will initially be
aimed at those clients who are undergoing divorce, or other
relationship breakdown, with a view to expanding the service to
additional clients undergoing major changes, particularly in the
Private Client sector.
The essence of Great Coaching Services is
about assisting others to be their unique best, in their chosen
contexts. Great Coaching's team provides an environment and
framework to be excellent coaches for its clients. It does
this by providing continuous professional development and by
sharing resources - each client has its own dedicated coach plus
the back-up of the whole team.
Following an initial pilot of the
scheme, one of the firm's clients commented: "I wish you had
introduced this five years ago…from my point of view, providing
this service now seems so obvious it's a wonder noone thought
of doing it long ago. Well done."
The Lifecoaching service will benefit the
firms' clients in a number of different ways, including helping
them to set and achieve strategic goals, gain greater self
awareness and self belief, and also letting go of limiting beliefs
or habits.
Comments Simon Burge, partner in Blake
Lapthorn's family team: "We are pleased to be able to offer this
new service to our clients and in conjunction with the team at
Great Coaching. We believe it will be a great benefit to our
clients, providing them with the help they need through the
difficult process of divorce."
Comments Fiona Sutherland, founder of Great
Coaching Services: "The change surrounding relationship breakdown
brings huge challenges for all involved. Coaching helps
participants to be resourceful, positive and act with long-term
values in mind. It reduces the risk of a downward spiral both
emotionally and financially. It’s refreshing that Blake
Lapthorn is sponsoring services for its clients' benefit."
