jointly owned property or property owned in one party's sole
name. We have experience in
dealing with claims brought under the Trusts Of Land and
appointment of Trustee Act 1996 which enables the court to
decide the exact division there should be of real
property.
Where there are children, these
claims are often coupled with an application to settle other
financial issues under Schedule 1 Children Act 1989. This work can
also be undertaken.
We also deal with applications by unmarried mothers in respect
of the financial needs of children under Schedule 1 Children
Act 1989.
