no win no fee

A conditional fee agreement (or no win no fee) may be
appropriate in some cases. If the claim is unsuccessful then we
will waive our legal fees and not charge for the work done. If your
claim is successful, we can recover the majority of the legal fees
from your opponent.
We normally recommend that all conditional fee
agreement cases are supported by an insurance policy to ensure that
you are able to pay your opponent’s legal fees if ordered to so in
an unsuccessful claim.
In the vast majority of cases, clients will
not have to pay the premium for this insurance - if you win, the
premium is paid by your opponent, and if you lose, the premium is
waived.
