process of making a claim

Below is the process of making a claim following an accident
abroad.
 |
Contact us for your free initial consultation as soon
as possible on 023 8085 7330 or e-mail us at travelinfo@bllaw.co.uk. |
step one
We listen to your complaint, assess your right to compensation
and the prospect of success. If the decision to go ahead is taken,
we discuss the most appropriate way to fund your claim, including
our ‘no win no fee’ agreement.
step two
We match your case to the lawyer that is best qualified to deal
with your particular complaint, and the country where it occurred.
The preparation of the case begins, assembling evidence and, where
necessary, consulting experts and overseas lawyers.
step three
Your claim is served on the defendant and we commence
communications with their lawyer or insurer. We also provide
regular reports to you, including a periodic full review of the
likely prospects of success, timescale, and legal costs.
step four
A negotiated settlement that satisfies you is reached, or the
case proceeds to court.
