Christine joined the firm in 1990 and leads the Family Practice Group. She specialises in divorce and financial issues on separation, including cohabitatee disputes. She is an accredited Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) Specialist panel member for advanced financial provision and children law, as well as being a member of the Law Society Family Panel and a trained collaborative lawyer. Christine has helped launch collaborative law in the Oxford area and remains involved in the development of this area of dispute resolution. She has undertaken mediation training and is a trustee of Oxford Family Mediation Service.

Christine is an avid reader and member of a local book group. She enjoys creative writing and is also a book collector. A francophile, she spends a lot of time at her house in the south west of France. Christine is the local area representative for CAFOD (including Fair-trade initiatives) and also enjoys skiing, the theatre and eating out.
