Rachel is Head of the firm’s Private
Client department, and deals with the drafting of wills, tax
planning, the administration of estates and applications through
the Court of Protection, including work for clients where assets
are held abroad. She has particular expertise in advising parents
who have children with learning difficulties in the planning of
their affairs, and works with various charities by giving
presentations. She works closely with the Personal injury
department regarding the settlement of large awards into trust
through the Court of Protection.
