our mediation charges
We tailor our mediation charges and agree them with the parties
mediating according to the duration of the mediation and complexity
of the dispute.
For civil and commercial mediators, our charges per party will
be between £85 and £300 per hour plus VAT depending on the value of
the dispute and the seniority of the mediator.
For mediation referrals through the National Mediation Helpline
(NMH), the NMH scale charges would apply. Please click

For family mediators, we charge £160 plus VAT per party per one
and a half hour session.
