If you have been convicted and/or accepted a fixed penalty in respect of an alleged speeding offence at any of the above locations we would invite you to complete this questionnaire. Upon receipt of the questionnaire and in the event that we consider that you are able to take action with a view to setting aside the conviction / fixed penalty a fixed fee in the sum of £95 plus VAT will be payable to include the initial advice and a preliminary letter to the Court Office / Crown Prosecution Service and / or the Safety Camera Unit.
