Fines are for a driver only however if the driver is also the
owner there is a risk that the fine will be increased by 25%. If a
company is convicted of an offence fines will be uplifted by

For the above offences, the fine will increase if there is
evidence that the owner was responsible for the overload for
commercial gain.
