excess alcohol – in charge
If you are caught in charge of vehicle with excess alcohol, the
court will either impose ten penalty points or disqualify you from
driving. The court will also fine you, impose a community
order to custodial sentence. The maximum sentence is a £5,000
fine or six months in prison.
