failure to notify DVLA of change of ownership
If you fail to notify the DVLA of a change of car ownership, you
could receive the following penalties:
- maximum fine:
- 50% take home if driver
- 50% take home if owner driver (but might have uplift of
25%)
- 100% of weekly net income if company
- fine up to £1,000
