failure to produce insurance

 

 

If you were unable to produce insurance, you could receive the following penalty:

• maximum fine: £2,500

 

The starting point for the fine is 50% of weekly take home pay up to a maximum of £2,500. The fine applies per offence, not per document.  This offence does not carry penalty points.
