The failing to supply driver details offence can only be heard in the Magistrates Court.

You could receive the following penalties:

  • maximum fine: £1,000
  • penalty points: licence endorsed with six penalty points or possible disqualification

For limited companies, endorsement is not available.

The starting point for the fine is 150% of weekly take home pay up to a maximum of £1,000.
