  • Maximum fine: 100% take home pay up to £2,500
  • Penalty points: three points or possible disqualification

driving in reverse on motorway

  • Maximum fine: £150% take home pay up to £2,500
  • Penalty points: three points or possible disqualification

drive off carriageway

  • Maximum fine: 100% take home pay up to £2,500
  • Penalty points: three points or possible disqualification

make U turn

  • Maximum fine: £150% take home pay up to £2,500
  • Penalty points: three points or possible disqualification

learner driver/excluded vehicle

  • Maximum fine: 100% take home pay up to £2,500
  • Penalty points: three points or possible disqualification

stop on hard shoulder

  • Maximum fine: 50% weekly take home pay up to £2,500

vehicle in prohibited lane

  • Maximum fine: 50% take home pay up to £2,500
  • Penalty points: three points or possible disqualification

walking on hard shoulder

  • Maximum fine: 50% take home pay up to £2,500
