  • Smoke-free vehicles updated Apr 10
Regulations that took effect from the 1 July 2007 meant that virtually all enclosed public places and workplaces in England will become smoke-free. Understandably, a great deal of emphasis has been placed on ensuring that premises are compliant. Less coverage, however, has centred on vehicles. The Motoring Offences team has therefore prepared a briefing note to assist companies and those in charge of fleet vehicles.
