M20 roadworks in Kent - two cases dropped

We have been representing two motorists who had disputed speeding through roadworks on the M20 in 2006. Both refused to accept that they were speeding despite evidence from the LTI 20:20. We challenged the prosecution in both cases. Despite the Crown Prosecution Service committing to taking both cases to trial, in both cases CPS eventually withdrew the allegation.
