how do I claim?

Once you have provided us with outline details of your potential claim, we will arrange to meet you.  The initial interview is free.  We will take further details and discuss whether, and how, we could proceed.

The first stage in a personal injury action is to investigate the potential claim, in order to find out whether anybody was at fault, and to assess the value of the claim.  This will involve us obtaining copies of your medical records and instructing relevant experts.  It will also involve us obtaining a statement from you and from any relevant witnesses.  We will also need to secure any relevant documentation or paperwork.

Once this stage is complete, we will be able to tell you whether you have a claim and estimate the value of the claim.  We will then enter into negotiations with the other side with a view to settlement or, failing that, issue the claim.
