Claire qualified as a solicitor in 1994, having completed her
training contract with the firm. She has been a key member of the
Personal Injury team since that time and was promoted to partner in
2007. Claire specialises in accidents at work, industrial
disease and acquired brain injury. Claire has dealt with all types
of claims, from trips and slips to falls from height, chemical
exposure, defective equipment and vibrating machinery. She has
represented interested parties at inquests and liaised with the
Health and Safety Executive.
Claire heads the Multi-track team and deals with the claims of
utmost severity. Her current caseload includes fatal accident cases
as a result of accidents at work and exposure to asbestos as well
as spinal injuries, amputations and very severe brain injury. She
is very experienced in handling multi-million claims.
Claire is a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury
Lawyers), a recongnised specialist on the Law
Society Personal Injury Panel and a Headway-recommended
solicitor.
