Porsche puts Blake Lapthorn in the driving seat

Blake Lapthorn has been instructed by new client Porsche Cars GB Limited to advise the company on events it holds in Europe.

This is the latest major appointment for the Travel team whose reputation is now firmly established.

The work the team are carrying out for Porsche Cars GB Limited includes advising on all aspects of Porsche Travel Club's tour activities, including international track days, Arctic driving, driver training and adventure tours.

"This is a very exciting new client for the team, and we are delighted to be able to provide our services to Porsche Cars GB Limited on various matters. It also follows a very successful launch of the Travel team earlier this year, with the team being expanded further to deal with demand."

The Travel team provides specialist advice on all aspects of travel and tourism law, whether it is advising a tour operator or an individual who has suffered an accident or injury whilst abroad, or an insurer faced with having to defend such a claim.

It forms part of the firm's Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence group, and the team includes Julie Remmington who is a well-known figure in the industry.
