It may be necessary to change the ownership of your property, for example following a separation or divorce.  In these instances, and many others, a transfer of equity will be required and we can prepare this for you.

Mortgages play a large role in today's property transactions.  We can assist you in connection with your mortgage, be it the redemption of an existing mortgage, the remortgage of your property with a new lender, or the taking of a new mortgage when buying a property:

  • residential mortgages - we can advise you on the terms of your mortgage and on the required documentation involved with your mortgage
  • private loans - we can assist you with private loans – for example where parents are assisting their children to purchase a first property, or where a charge against a matrimonial home is required
  • Home Equity Release schemes - a Home Equity Release scheme involves freeing up the equity in your home and it is essential that you understand the implication of these types of scheme.
