Nish joined Blake Lapthorn from Davies Arnold Cooper in November
2007, to head up the commercial travel and insurance team. Since
qualifying in 1993, he has specialised in insurance
litigation; personal injury (PI); personal accident (PA) and
travel law. He was the Chair of the London & Southeast Region
of Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL) and
has extensive experience of acting for the Lloyds and company
insurance market.
An established expert in the handling of personal injury and
quality complaints arising from package holidays, Nish's clients
include Caribbean hotel chain, Sandals, together with tour
operators and a range of travel companies. In addition to extensive
experience of PI, PA and travel, Nish acts for catastrophically
injured claimants, injured abroad, and has extensive experience of
trans-national litigation in continental Europe and the
Caribbean.
