necessary, consulting experts and overseas lawyers.

Your claim is served on the defendant and we commence
communications with their lawyer or insurer. We also provide
regular reports to you, including a periodic full review of the
likely prospects of success, timescale, and legal costs.
step four
A negotiated settlement that satisfies you is reached, or the
case proceeds to court.
